Role Overview
The role involves supporting and coordinating the supervision of local charitable initiatives in collaboration with licensed charitable organizations, while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and coordinating on-site inspection plans for local charity initiatives in alignment with directives from supervisors.

Monitor funds raised during charitable events and verify compliance with technical standards through field visits and reporting.

Support enforcement actions during fundraising events that breach legal guidelines.

Collaborate with media outlets to ensure charity event organizers follow regulatory frameworks and document findings as needed.

Participate in field inspections of domestic charitable activities to confirm adherence to policies and assist in compiling reports.

Help track unauthorized donation boxes and coordinate with authorities to address violations as instructed.

Contribute to the preparation of regular activity reports related to charitable events and projects.

Work closely with certified charities to align project execution with official procedures and provide documentation as required.

Take part in planning and organizing charity-related events in line with department goals and in collaboration with relevant partners.

Follow all departmental information security procedures, attend security awareness sessions, and report any incidents promptly.
Qualifications

Option 1: Diploma in Business Administration or a similar field (no prior experience needed)

Option 2: High school certificate plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
