📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives that identify and implement cost-reduction and business improvement strategies

Set performance targets in coordination with plant leaders (e.g., cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and cycle time)

Provide financial forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly reporting

Support budgeting, capital planning, and post-investment reviews

Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards (e.g., SOX compliance)

Supervise accounting team members and ensure accurate month-end close processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and profitability

Proven experience in manufacturing plant finance or industrial cost control

Hands-on knowledge of standard cost accounting and month-end closing

Strong command of data analytics, forecasting, and ERP systems
