Join an innovative digital healthcare platform revolutionizing how patients connect with clinics in the region. We’re hiring a Sales & Training Specialist who will play a pivotal role in onboarding medical providers, delivering product training, and building long-term vendor relationships.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits to clinics, doctors, and medical facilities to promote and introduce the Cita app.

• Facilitate vendor onboarding and training (in both English & Arabic).

• Assist in contract processing and documentation collection.

• Educate providers on using the dashboard for service and appointment management.

• Maintain accurate vendor data in the admin system.

• Provide post-onboarding support and resolve vendor inquiries.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with admin and customer support for seamless activation.

• Track sales visits, feedback, and training sessions meticulously.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

• Valid Qatar driving license and ability to travel for field visits.

• 3–4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or training, preferably in healthcare or tech.

• Tech-literate and comfortable delivering platform walkthroughs.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and goal-oriented mindset.
