Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Location: Qatar (In-country applicants only)
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Salary Range: QAR 2,001 – QAR 5,000
Gender Preference: Male

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a well-organized and experienced HR and Administration Assistant to support day-to-day human resources and office operations. This position plays a key role in recruitment coordination, employee records management, and general office administration, contributing to a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with talent acquisition: job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

  • Maintain accurate employee databases and HR documentation in line with company policies.

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and support induction processes.

  • Manage office administration tasks including scheduling, filing, and supply management.

  • Help plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and business travel.

  • Provide support across HR tasks and cross-functional admin duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline (preferred).

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or admin roles.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Knowledge of HR regulations and labor law in Qatar.

  • High level of discretion with confidential data handling.
