Overview:
Dubai Public Prosecution is seeking a detail-oriented and legally adept Investigation Officer to support case management and investigative procedures. This role ensures efficient handling of criminal case files, coordination with legal teams, and documentation of investigative actions, contributing significantly to the judicial process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify case files received via the digital system before submission to legal authorities.

• Present case files, including evidence and reports, to the assigned prosecutor.

• Draft and file investigation reports, witness statements, seizure documentation, and attached legal materials.

• Prepare legal documents such as detention orders, summons, bail statements, and case referrals.

• Coordinate appointments, attend investigation shifts, and manage administrative duties for the prosecution team.

• Accompany prosecutors to inspection sites including crime scenes, detention centers, and police stations.

• Ensure timely follow-up on technical reports, case extensions, and detainee documentation.

• Manage case file organization, contact with involved parties, and compliance with legal timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Mandatory)

• 2–4 years of relevant legal or investigative experience

• Completed National Service (Mandatory)

• Male candidates only

• Strong legal documentation and case management skills

• Ability to work during weekends and official holidays
